CSHP-BC Annual General Meeting 2025

Format:

• Day 1 (Friday November 14th, 2025) -  Virtual online streaming (with optional In-person viewing party at St. Paul's Hospital)

• Day 2 (Saturday November 15th, 2025) - In person at the Vancouver Convention Centre OR virtual online streaming

Social Events:

• Friday November 14th, 2025, 8:00 - 10:00 PM: AGM Welcome Party at the Taylight Local Craft Beer & Kitchen 

• Saturday November 15th, 2025,  4:30 - 6:30 PM: AGM After Party at the Vancouver Convention Centre 

Recordings of presentations will be available to all registrants
Complete evaluations by Saturday November 29th, 2025 11:59 PM PST to receive CE credits. 

This event will be accredited for up to 6.25 CEUs (Note: Wildfire and Environmental Pollutant Impacts on COPD Management will not be available via recording and only available for in-person and virtual livestream attendees)

How do I receive the livestream link?

• The livestream link will be sent to you the afternoon of the day of the event. If you do not receive the link, first check your Junk Mail and then email: programs@cshp-bc.com
  

How do I ask the speakers a question?

• Please use the Q&A box
  

Can I use the Raise Hand button to ask the speaker a question?

• No. The speakers and moderators will only be using the Q&A box to answer questions. Please direct questions there.
  

Experiencing technical difficulties with streaming platform?

• Restart your internet browser and paste streaming platform link. This action should correct most technical issues.  

• If you still experience technical issues, you can reach out to the AV team at: cshpbc.avteam@gmail.com

• The AV team will be monitoring this email throughout the evening of the event.
